The Philadelphia Eagles are preparing for a matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.
Philadelphia heads into Week 7 on a two-game losing streak. While they began the season with a strong start, the Eagles have since lost to the New York Giants and Denver Broncos.
As they look to break their losing streak, the Eagles were dealt some bad news regarding the defensive side of their lineup.
Star defensive tackle Jalen Carter has been downgraded from a full participant to a limited participant at practice. Carter is dealing with a heel injury ahead of the team's matchup against the Vikings.

Jalen Carter was included in the injury report with several other Philadelphia Eagles contributors. The Eagles are also monitoring the health of the following players ahead of the team's matchup in Week 7: Landon Dickerson, Jordan Davis, Zack Baun, Quinyon Mitchell and Grant Calcaterra.
Carter is widely regarded as the Eagles' top defensive player, so his availability against a proven offensive playbook will be vital for Philadelphia.
Jalen Carter is currently playing in his second season with the Philadelphia Eagles. Throughout his second season in the NFL, Carter has posted 10 total tackles.
All eyes will be on the Eagles' next injury report as Philadelphia looks to earn a victory, getting back within rhythm after starting the season with four straight wins.
