
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts exited the game against the division-rival Washington Commanders after a concerning injury in the first half.
Hurts came up a bit wobbly after taking a hit on a QB scramble. He was taken out of the game replaced by backup signal caller Kenny Pickett, who finished the drive with a touchdown pass on a slant to wide receiver AJ Brown.
After this touchdown score, Hurts taken back into the Eagles' locker room for further evaluation.
The Eagles provided an official injury update with an announcement on social media.

Hurts has been a major driving force behind the Eagles' league-best 10-game winning streak. Heading into this Week 16 game, the superstar quarterback had completed 69.2% of his pass attempts for 2,892 yards, 18 touchdowns and five interceptions. The dual-threat weapon also boasted 589 yards and a league-leading 14 rushing touchdowns on the ground.
After the Eagles jumped out to a 14-0 lead, Washington responded with a touchdown to draw the score to 14-7. Philadelphia quickly responded with a 68-yard lighting strike touchdown from Saquon Barkley.
