Eagles Rookie WR Makai Lemon Gets Exposed For 'Faking'

After starring in one of the most curious moments of the 2026 NFL draft, Makai Lemon is ready to make an impact on the Philadelphia Eagles. His entrance to the league was surrounded by controversy, and the aftermath hasn’t been different.

Fans noticed a curious pattern in Lemon’s gestures when he speaks, saying that he moves like a snake during his interviews. He came up with a rapper gimmick, and not many are buying that attitude.

Some dug up old footage of the wide receiver and noticed that he came up with a whole new personality for the draft.

Makai Lemon Exposed In Old Video

NFL aggregator Dov Kleiman shared a clip of Lemon speaking in college, where he sounded nothing like the player who promised Philadelphia they would get a “dawg.”

This is a completely different version of himself from the one he showed at the NFL Combine and draft.

His voice and delivery were different, with some fans saying it was “code switching” and others saying he “matured” and lived others situation that could have changed the way he speaks.

Either way, Lemon has become a popular name around the NFL in a matter of days.
