Former Ole Miss Rebels quarterback Jaxson Dart has been a revelation for the New York Giants over the last few weeks.
Dart, a first round selection by New York in the 2025 NFL Draft, started his rookie season backing up quarterback Russell Wilson.
The Giants, however, turned to Dart after the franchise got off to an 0-3 start with Wilson under center.
Dart is going to have some growing pains as a quarterback, but he's been solid in his three starts for the Giants.
Despite losing superstar wide receiver Malik Nabers to a torn ACL (which happened in Dart's first start), the Giants have gone 2-1 in Dart's three starts.
Dart and the Giants will look to keep the good vibes going this weekend in a road matchup against the Denver Broncos.
According to ESPN, Dart can accomplish something this weekend that no Giants quarterback has ever accomplished before.
Dart has passed for at least 150 yards and rushed for at least 50 yards in each of his last two starts (Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is the only other player do that in consecutive games this season, per ESPN).
If Dart reaches those marks against the Broncos this weekend, he'll be the first Giants quarterback to ever do it in three straight games.
Dart has actually rushed for at least 50 yards in each of his three starts this season, so that part shouldn't be too difficult for him.
Passing for over 150 yards against Denver's stingy pass defense will be tougher to accomplish.
The Giants and the Broncos are set to kick off at 4:05 PM ET on Sunday.
