Former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jalin Hyatt could be on a collision course for an awkward situation with a former New York Giants star.

Former Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr seemingly wants to rejoin his old team as he nears the end of his pro career.

OBJ has been positing some interesting messages on social media, hinting at a desire to return to the Giants.

Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers appears to be on board with OBJ returning to New York.

There were also some comments that OBJ made about the Giants at Fanatics Fest last weekend that has fans wondering if a reunion is in the works.

If OBJ were to return to the Giants, it's likely that he'd want his old jersey number — 13 — which is currently worn by Hyatt.

OBJ gave Hyatt his blessing to wear No. 13 two years ago.

Hyatt wore No. 11 at Tennessee, but that number was retired by the Giants (for Phil Simms) 30 years ago.

We'll see if anything happens with Beckham -- he hasn't been anything more than a moderately productive wide receiver since the 2019 season. If anything, playing for the Giants in 2025 would be a full-circle farewell tour type of deal for the former LSU star.

If the Giants end up working a deal out with OBJ, maybe he'll buy Hyatt a nice watch or something for the No. 13.
