Fresh Start as Offseason Programs Begin

Tomorrow will be an important day for the Miami Dolphins organization, but especially for the team’s rookie class. As offseason programs officially begin, Miami’s newest players will take their first real steps into life in the NFL.

For many of them, this will be the moment everything finally feels real. The draft process is over, rookie minicamp is behind them, and now they will get their first opportunity to fully integrate with the rest of the Dolphins roster as preparations for the 2026 season begin.

For young players coming out of college, the transition to the NFL can be overwhelming. The speed of the game is different, the expectations are higher, and every practice carries intensity and competition.
