On a recent episode of “The Richard Sherman Podcast,” the legendary cornerback himself asked Texans’ All-Pro Derek Stingley Jr. if he’d studied the famed Seattle Seahawks secondary. Stingley didn’t hesitate.

“Oh yeah, for sure. Y’all changed the game,” Stingley said. “The physicality, the attitude, all of that. That’s the standard. You take something from everybody and make it your own.”
