This probably won't come as a surprise, but Hall of Famer Peyton Manning didn't arrive to work in a flashy ride during his last couple of seasons in the NFL with the Denver Broncos.
Instead, the former Tennessee Vols quarterback drove a not-so-flashy Buick, thanks to his endorsement deal with the automobile company.
Former Broncos pass rusher Von Miller, who was teammates with Manning in Denver from 2012 to 2015, recently joined Glory Daze with Johnny Manziel and he talked about seeing Peyton's Buick every day at the practice facility.
"He was truly the first person in the building," said Miller. "You would see his Buick. Whenever you pulled up, you'd see his Buick. He drove a Buick because he had the Buick deal. So he drove a Buick every day. It wasn't the most flashy -- like it wasn't a Rolls Royce or nothing. You had guys with Raptors. He drove a Buick that he got from the Buick deal every single day. And he was the first to get there and the last one to leave."
That's the most Peyton thing ever. Of course he was showing up in a Buick and not a Lamborghini or a McLaren. The only thing less surprising would be if Peyton was showing up to practice in a minivan.
