Its time for the NFL to give Colts star RB Jonathan Taylor the respect he has flat out earned after a stellar start to 2025

To start the year, Jonathan Taylor got a rude reminder from the NFL's top 100 that he is still very disrespected by his peers. The Colts' star RB was left off the list altogether, even after having one of the best seasons by an RB last season.

He seems to be on a mission to remind the league just how good he is to start 2025. Three weeks in, and he has, without a doubt, been the best RB in the NFL to start the year. He had an all-time type of performance in the team's Week 2 win by going for over 200 total yards. And in Week 3, he was able to cross the 100-yard mark and find the endzone three times to help the Colts pick up a divisonal win in Week 3  over the Tennessee Titans.

Jonathan Taylor is proving he is one of the best RBs in the NFL

Entering this week, Taylor was already leading the league in rushing with 236 yards. His season total now sits at 338 yards following his 102-yard showing vs. the Titans. He also finally recorded his first rushing touchdown of the season, and he went ahead and did it three times for good measure.

The Colts offense is operating like one of the best in the NFL to start the year, and Taylor, like he has for so long, is the engine that makes the unit go. He is giving Daniel Jones a stable presence in the run game to help open up passing opportunities. To make Taylor's start to the season even more impressive, he has taken a solid step forward in the pass game himself. He has 93 receiving yards through the first three weeks and has taken a massive step forward as a pass blocker. He is a true three-down bell cow for the Colts, and fantasy owners everywhere have loved what they've seen from the league's top scoring RB.
