Former Alabama quarterback, Jalen Milroe is scheduled to make his first career start and play the entire game in week 3 of the NFL preseason when the Seattle Seahawks face the Green Bay Packers, according to Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald.
Milroe has been impressive in limited action early on, playing behind veteran quarterbacks Sam Darold and Drew Lock through two games. During that time, Milroe has completed 9-of-15 passes for 107 yards, while adding an additional 56 yards on the ground on eight carries.
Milroe will now have the full opportunity to show Seattle and the rest of the NFL what he can bring to the table when the Seahawks square off against the Packers at Lambeau Field this Saturday.
The game is set to kick off at 3 p.m. CST.
