Jonathan Allen's expiry date with the Washington Commanders arrived as expected this offseason. The veteran defensive tackle knew it. Adam Peters did too, which resulted in an amicable parting that was handled impeccably by the franchise. That didn't stop Allen from having one major regret regarding his exit.
