Las Vegas Raiders' new general manager John Spytek just made some big-time changes to the front office

The Las Vegas Raiders are going to try and clean house, as much as they possibly can, anyway. Not to be rude, but they want to try and get some of that stink out from the last few years. If there was some stink, or someone who didn't do their job as well as they should have, the Raiders are getting rid of them.

It's a cold world, yes, but that's just part of the business. In this business, results are everything, and the results just haven't been there the last, let's say, 20 years. That's how long it's been since the Raiders won a playoff game, and it's been double that since the Raiders won the Super Bowl. So, getting rid of everything that is not producing the way it should be is a must.

The Raiders have added some really good coaches to their staff under Pete Carroll, the former Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl winning head coach. But they have also had to get rid of some guys. And, the same goes for new general manager, John Spytek, the former assistant general manager of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On Friday, he relieved some front office people of their duties, to put it nicely.
