Madden 27 cover athlete revealed

The cover athlete for Madden 27 was revealed this week and for this year’s edition it will be graced by Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams.

Williams will be the first player in franchise history to land on the primary, global English-language edition of the game.

Former Bears offensive lineman Roberto Garza was featured on the cover of Madden 09 for its Spanish-language edition which was the first appearance from a Bears player.

Williams is coming off a star making second season with the Bears where he passed for 3,942 yards with 27 touchdowns helping the franchise win the NFC North while making an appearence in the NFC Divisional round of the playoffs.
