The Week 1 matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Jets had a lot going on. Aaron Rodgers found himself facing his former team from last season, after two eventful years as the quarterback for the Jets.
Rodgers, now 41 years old, is now the signal-caller for the Steelers and has been working closely with head coach, Mike Tomlin all offseason to get prepared for their first game action as a new unit.
One of the highest scoring affairs of Week 1 showcased an exceptional kicking display by both teams. The two kickers combined to go a perfect 10-of-10 on Sunday, including four field goals and six extra points.
None were more impressive than Steelers kicker, Chris Boswell's 60-yard, go-ahead field goal with just 1:03 remaining in the fourth quarter. Boswell, who has entered season No. 11 of his career, all with the Steelers, stepped up to the ball with a noticeable calm, drilling the 60-yarder with room to spare.
The Steelers escaped with a 34-32 road-win, and Tomlin, whose press conferences have been known to entertain, did not disappoint when it was time to describe his 34-year-old kicker.
"I can't say enough about Bos (Boswell). Our kicker is a serial killer. He's got a low pulse rate, he can't wait to deliver," Tomlin said to reporters during his postgame press conference.

As is the norm with a Tomlin press conference, a translator would probably do the listeners a bit of good, potentially helping decipher exactly what the Steelers head coach means to say.
Boswell has been a solid kicker for the Steelers and was named to his first NFL All-Pro team (first team) last season. The 60-yard field-goal is a new career-high for a Boswell and is one of the main reasons the Steelers sit at 1-0 rather than 0-1 after a showdown with the Jets.
