With Super Bowl LIX fast approaching, every media personality, celebrity, and fan is sharing their pick to win "The Big Game."
Historically speaking, this will be the most significant Super Bowl since Tom Brady and the New England Patriots attempted to complete a perfect 19-0 season (they didn't). The Kansas City Chiefs will take their shot against the Philadelphia Eagles to earn the league's first three-peat in the Super Bowl era.
Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio has picked the Chiefs, or more aptly Mahomes, to win it all.
"(Mahomes') only Super Bowl failure, which came against the Buccaneers and Brady, happened at a time when Mahomes had a toe sprain that needed surgery. He was constantly being chased by the Tampa Bay pass rush, and he still gave everything he had to try to will his team to a win.
"This time around, Mahomes is healthy. This time around, the man who has made history in his first seven years as a starter has a chance to make the kind of history that no one has ever made."

Mahomes, a three-time Super Bowl Champion and three-time Super Bowl MVP, will play in his fifth Super Bowl on Sunday, the most ever for a quarterback under the age of 30. His only loss, as noted by Florio, came in 2020. Mahomes would undergo surgery days after Super Bowl LV to repair a turf toe injury.
Florio shared a score prediction as well.
"Many great quarterbacks and coaches have felt the sting of having to deal with Mahomes and Andy Reid," said Florio. "And I believe it will continue. (Fellow PFT colleague Chris Simms) has the Eagles winning, 38-28. I’ve got the Chiefs, 27-24."
Mahomes' three-peat could be one major differentiator that Brady never accomplished. Brady did win back-to-back Super Bowl titles in 2003 and 2004 with the Patriots. However, the two-time NFL MVP needs another four Super Bowl titles to match Brady's final total of seven.
