Range Breakdown: Going 0-3 into Week 4, the decision was unanimous. 10 outlets, including ES, rank the New Orleans Saints dead last at No. 32. After their defense gave up 44 points, and their offense struggled to find any spark, their drop from the 30.4 rank last week was no surprise.

Range Breakdown: Five sites, including ES, have the Tennessee Titans second last at 31. CBS.com ranks them the highest at 28, while Yahoo and PFF’s verdict hands them the 30th spot. Their average rank of 30.1 is a drop from last week’s 28.4 following a turnover and third-down struggles that brought them to 0-3 in Week 3.

Range breakdown: PFF and CBS.com have the New York Giants lowest at 31. Four outlets, including ES, have them at 30, while Yahoo, Bleacher Report, and PFT rank them at 29. The highest rank the Giants received is from SI at 28. With last week’s 28.4 average ranking in the rearview, two turnovers and a mere 1-10 third-down efficiency have left New York still searching for its first win of the season.

Range breakdown: The Miami Dolphins put up a fight but failed to hold the momentum in the fourth quarter and brought in their third straight loss of the season. Following the 31-21 loss, three outlets have them ranked the lowest at 31. Bleacher Report, SI, and PFT give Miami the 30th slot, and ESPN and CBS.com have them at 29th. ES lands Miami in the 28th slot, but PFF sees the most improvement, ranking them the highest at 25th. Miami has managed to move up to a 29.4 average from last week’s 30.

Range breakdown: CBS.com has the New York Jets at 30th. ES and PFF rank them at 29th, while five outlets have the Jets at 28th. Bleacher Report and SI have given them the highest rank of 27. Their Week 4 average rank of 28.2 is a drop from last week’s 26.7. Despite head coach Aaron Glenn’s squad struggling to make plays throughout three quarters, and only managed a bright spark in the fourth quarter. They came close to a win, but go to Week 4 with a 0-3 record.

Range breakdown: The New England Patriots lost 21-14 with a whopping 5 turnovers. Those blunders had ES and NFL.com list New England lowest at 27th. Three outlets rank them 26th, Bleacher Report and ESPN have them at the 25th spot, PFF gives them 24th, Yahoo 23rd, and the highest rank comes from CBS.com at 20th. Last week’s 23.4 rank has seen an ever-so-slight dip with an UberRank of 24.9

Range breakdown: The Cleveland Browns flipped expectations in the second half and finally carved out their first win of the season. Their 10 points came in the fourth quarter, with a field goal finally getting them across the stretch. SI has the harshest verdict with No. 29, and PFF comes close with No. 28. Yahoo gives the Browns no. 27, while Bleacher Report and ESPN has them at No. 26. ES and CBS.com see an upside with No. 22 and PFT with No. 21, but the highest rank comes from The Athletic with No. 20. With their hard earned win, the Browns have jumped up from last week’s 29.3 all the way up to 24.6 for Week 4.

Range breakdown: A shutout 30-0 win brought the Carolina Panthers their first win of the season. Following this strong comeback, Carolina’s ranks have seen a significant jump. Bleacher Report ranks them the lowest at No. 28, and ESPN comes next with No. 27. PFF gives them No. 26, while three other outlets have the Panthers at No. 25. ES ranks them at No. 24, and SI ranks them at No. 23. The high side comes from both NFL.com and The Athletic with No. 21. Last week, the Panthers trailed at 30.5, but for Week 4, they now have an average rank of 24.5.

Range breakdown: ES and NFL.com bring up the rear with No. 26 for the Las Vegas Raiders. The Athletic has them at No. 25 while PFT and CBS.com rank them 24th. PFF and Bleacher Report come next with No. 23, and ESPN ranks them No. 22. The highest rank comes from Yahoo and SI with No. 21. Their O-Line showed cracks throughout the game, and the special teams also found them outmatched. The Raiders have dipped ever so slightly from last week’s No. 22 to Week 4’s 23.5.

Range breakdown: The Houston Texans offense couldn’t sustain the opportunities its defense created. They now go 0-3 to Week 4 with a drop in their rankings. The Athletic lands them lowest at No. 27. CBS.com comes close with No. 26. SI ranks the Texans at No. 25, while Bleacher Report and Yahoo land them at No. 24. NFL.com and ES place Houston at No. 23, and the highest rank comes from ESPN at No. 21. The Texans were  17.3 heading into Week 3, but now they stand at 23.3.

Range breakdown: The Dallas Cowboys failed to follow through with Week 2’s expectations. Injuries on both sides of the ball limited Dallas’ chances, and the defense simply couldn’t hold its own. Yahoo ranks the Cowboys lowest at No. 26, ES at No. 25, ESPN and NFL.com at No. 24. CBS.com and PFT see Dallas at No. 23, while PFF and Bleacher Report land them at No. 22. The upside comes from SI with No. 19. Dallas has dropped from 20.4 to No. 23 now.

Range breakdown: The Atlanta Falcons couldn’t do much of anything in their shutout loss of 30-0. Starting quarterback Michael Penix’s picks brought backup Kirk Cousins a chance, but even he couldn’t spark a flame. PFT and CBS.com have the Falcons lowest at No. 27, SI sees them at No. 24. Three outlets, including ES, place Atlanta at No. 21. Yahoo ranks them at No. 20, while the highest rank comes from ESPN with No. 19. Following their brutal loss, the Falcons have dipped from 16.5 to 22.5. 

Range breakdown: With franchise quarterback Joe Burrow sidelined, the new starter, Jake Browning, failed to spark the offense. A brutal 48-10 loss has brought the Cincinnati Bengals their first loss so far. PFF ranks the Bengals lowest at No. 27, but the others see hope. The Athletic ranks them at No. 24, Yahoo at No. 22, while three outlets, including ES place them at No. 20. CBS.com and PFT give Cincinnati No. 19, and the highest rank comes from Bleacher Report and SI with No. 18. The Bengals have dropped from 15.4 to 20.7.

Range breakdown: The Chicago Bears have a newfound confidence in starting quarterback Caleb Williams heading into Week 4. After their 31-14 win, ESPN ranks them the lowest with No. 23. PFT and CBS.com have them at No. 22 and 21, respectively. Bleacher Report finds middle ground with No. 20, and four outlets, including ES, place Chicago at No. 19. The Athletic ranks them No. 1,8, and the highest rank comes from SI with No. 16. The Bears have jumped from 24.6 to 19.6 now.

Range breakdown: The Arizona Cardinals get the lowest rank from SI at no. 22. The Athletic shores it up with No. 19. Three outlets, ES included, find Arizona at No. 18, while B/R, PFF, and PFT rank them No. 17. ESPN gives the Cardinals No. 16, and the highest rank is from CBS.com with No. 15. Penalties and coverage errors brought them slightly down from 16.9 to 17.7. 

Range breakdown: The Jacksonville Jaguars’ defense was firing on all cylinders, logging two sacks and three turnovers. That, combined with a little offensive spark, got them their second win so far. Their lowest rank comes from SI at No. 20. B/R follows suit at No. 19, and ESPN and PFT rank them No. 18. NFL.com and CBS.com place the Jaguars at No. 17. Yahoo, Athletic, and PFF see them at No. 16. The highest rank comes from ES with No. 15. With their second win, Jacksonville has climbed up from 22.2 to 17.2. 

Range breakdown: The Pittsburgh Steelers’ offense found its rhythm in the fourth quarter with starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers crossing Brett Favre’s passing touchdowns record and grabbing their second win. PFF and CBS.com rank the Steelers lowest at No. 18, with ESPN and Yahoo following suit at No. 17. ES and NFL.com rank them at No. 16, SI and Athletic at No. 15, and PFT at No. 14. The highest rank comes from Bleacher Report with No. 13. Collectively, Pittsburgh has moved up from 18.9 to 15.9.

Range breakdown: The Denver Broncos rank lowest at No. 17 from ES, SI, and the Athletic. B/R and PFT rank Denver at No. 16, while ESPN and Yahoo place them at No. 15. The high side comes collectively from NFL.com, PFF, and CBS.com at N0. 14. Starting quarterback Bo Nix’s struggles continued, and a total of 10 penalties cost Denver 90 yards. With their second loss of the season, the Broncos have dipped from 12.5 to 15.5. 

Range breakdown: The Seattle Seahawks have been ranked the lowest at No. 16 by CBS.com. PFF finds them at No. 15. Four outlets rank them at No. 14, and four others, including ES, have the Seahawks highest at No. 13. Seattle’s defense stopped the run game, and their offense put up a massive 44-point performance, controlling the game throughout. Their second win so far has seen them jump from 16.7 to 13.9.

Range breakdown: Newly designated Minnesota Vikings starting quarterback Carson Wentz tore open the defenses with a 129.8 passer rating. With 48 total points on the board securing their win, the lowest rank of No. 15 comes from PFT, Bleacher Report, and NFL.com. ES and The Athletic rank them next at No. 14. ESPN, Yahoo, SI, and CBS.com have ranked the Vikings at No. 13, and the highest No. 12 arrives from PFF. Minnesota has seen a sharp jump from 18.6 to 13.7.

Range breakdown: The Indianapolis Colts, under starting quarterback Daniel Jones, seem determined to keep winning games in honor of late owner Jim Irsay. Going 3-0 into Week 4, the Colts have come very close to cracking the top 10. Their lowest rank is No. 13 by PFF. ESPN, B/R, and SI have them at No. 12 while Yahoo gives them the No. 11 slot. No. 9 comes from PFT, CBS.com, and NFL.com. ES and The Athletic rank Indianapolis the highest at No. 8. The Colts see a rise from the 12.4 spot to 10.3.

Range breakdown: The Kansas City Chiefs finally have a win in their name. The defense kept their opponents on their toes, and franchise quarterback Patrick Mahomes recovered quickly from a few costly mistakes. ES, CBS.com, and The Athletic rank them lowest at No. 12. NFL.com and PFT rank the Chiefs at No. 11, and Yahoo places them at No. 10. ESPN and B/R have given them the No. 9 spo,t while SI lands them at No. 7. The highest rank comes from PFF with No. 6. With the offense still struggling to find its rhythm, the Chiefs have a minor dip from 9.8 to 9.9. 

Range breakdown: The Washington Commanders are ranked the lowest at No. 12 by Yahoo. B/R, SI, and the Athletic hands them the No. 11 spot. ESPN follows with No. 10, and ES ranks Washington at No. 9 along with PFF. NFL.com and PFT award the No. 8 slot, and the highest rank is No. 7 from CBS.com. Backup quarterback Marcus Mariota was meticulous. The defense forced turnovers and landed quarterback sacks. The Commanders did lose veteran wide receiver Terry McLaurin to a quad injury in the game, and their rank has seen an ever-so-slight dip from 9.5 to 9.6. 

Range breakdown: The San Francisco 49ers grabbed a 16-15 victory by the skin of their teeth. A 35-yard field goal as the time ran out ultimately got them their win. Going 3-0, NFL.com and PFT rank them the lowest at No. 12. ESPN ranks them No. 11 and B/R gives them No. 10. Yahoo’s rank of the Niners is No. 9, while PFF and CBS.com both agree on No. 8. ES ranks San Francisco at no. 7 and SI follows with No. 6. The most upside is seen by The Athletic, which has awarded them No. 4. The Niners have jumped from No. 10 to 8.7.

Range breakdown: The Los Angeles Rams suffered their first loss at the hands of the reigning champs. The defense gave up 226 yards and three touchdowns, resulting in a 33-24 loss, breaking their streak. ES ranks the Rams the lowest at No. 11. NFL.com, SI, PFF, and CBS.com all agree on No. 10. The Athletic ranks Los Angeles No. 9, and ESPN No. 8. B/R awards the No. 7 slot, and the highest rank of No. 6 comes from Yahoo and PFT. With this loss, the Rams have dropped from No. 7 to 8.7.

Range breakdown: CBS.com ranks the Baltimore Ravens lowest at No. 11. The Athletic and PFT rank them at No. 10, with B/R ranking them No. 8. ESPN, Yahoo, and NFL.com rank Baltimore at No. 7, ES ranks them at No. 6, and SI ranks them at No. 4. Highest rank comes from SI with the No. 3. A fumble in the fourth quarter cost Baltimore dearly. After their 38-30 loss, the Ravens’ average rank has dropped from 3.8 all the way to 7.3.   

Range breakdown: The Green Bay Packers have the lowest rank at No. 10 from ES. SI ranks them No. 8, PFT and The Athletic No. 7. NFL.com and B/R have the Packers at No. 6, ESPN and CBS.com at No. 5. The Highest rank comes from Yahoo and PFF with No. 4. A total of 14 penalties cost Green Bay dearly, including two from the newest face of Micah Parsons. The Packers have dropped from 2.8 to 6.2.

Range breakdown: Starting quarterback Baker Mayfield’s poise under pressure brought the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a very close 29-27 win. Going 3-0 into Week 4, the lowest rank of No. 11 comes from PFF. Yahoo ranks Tampa Bay No. 8, ESPN and The Athletic rank them No. 6. Four outlets, including ES, rank the Bucs at No. 5, and B/R places them at No. 4.The  highest rank comes from CBS.com with No. 3. The Buccaneers have jumped from 7.8 to 5.8. 

Range breakdown: The Detroit Lions’ run game brought them a 38-30 win. With their second win, the lowest rank comes from SI at no. 9. CBS.com ranks the Lions No. 6, while four outlets rank them No. 5. ES sees the Lions at No. 4, and the highest rank of No. 3 is collectively from ESPN, NFL.com, and PFT. Detroit has seen a jump from 6.8 to 4.8 heading into Week 4.

Range breakdown: The lowest rank of No. 7 for the Los Angeles Chargers is from PFF. Four outlets (PFT, CBS.com, NFL.com, and ESPN) rank them at No. 4. ES, The Athletic, SI, B/R, and Yahoo all rank the Chargers highest at No. 3. Starting quarterback Justin Herbert took 5 sacks throughout the game, and still managed to do enough to secure a 23-20 win. Heading into Week 4, the Chargers have jumped up from 6.2 to 3.8.

Range breakdown: Now, here’s where the competition comes really close. 7 outlets–ESPN, ES, NFL.com, B/R, CBS.com, PFT, and the Athletic–rank the Buffalo Bills lowest at No. 2. Yahoo, SI, and PFF together see the Bills at No. 1. While their Week 3 game came very close at times, the Bills delivered on their expectations with a 31-21 win, making their home division win-streak rise to 11. The Bills were at 1.8 going into Week 3; now, they see a slight bump up to 1.7. 

Range breakdown: The reigning champs continue their streak and stay at the top of the leaderboard. While the Philadelphia Eagles struggled at first, once they found the momentum in the second half, they were unstoppable. Not only did Jalen Hurts’ offense and special teams drum up 33 points, but Philly’s defense blocked two field goals. Only three outlets, Yahoo, SI, and PFF rank the Eagles at No. 2. Everyone else, ES included, awards them the No. 1 spot. The Eagles were at 1.8 heading into Week 3; now they run with 1.3.
