The Las Vegas Raiders recently made several changes to their staff amid the struggles this season. Scott Turner was named the interim offensive coordinator after Luke Getsy was let go by the team, and he thought it would be the perfect opportunity to ask his dad, Norv Turner to be the team's senior advisor.
According to reports, when Scott asked his father to join the staff, Norv told him, "Don't tell your mom." Both are now living together, and Scott said that his kids are loving the current arrangement.

Norv is living with Scott right now and Scott said his kids are loving the arrangement.
Norv called offenses from 1991 to 2019 and only missed one year. Great resource.
Norv has been around the league since 1994 when he joined Washington until 2000, when he moved over to the Raiders for two years. He served as the head coach for the Chargers, who were located in San Diego at the time, for six seasons. He has a 114-122 record as a coach in the league, and his presence in the Raiders' franchise should bring some more hope.
Las Vegas will have a lot to improve if they still have hopes of making the playoffs this year, but it is likely that they will try and secure a top pick in the NFL draft to go after one of the many great quarterbacks like Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders.
