Packers QB Jordan Love Announces Life-Changing News Ahead of NFL Season

Entering his sixth year with the Green Bay Packers, quarterback Jordan Love has earned himself stability with the organization.

Last July, Love signed a four-year, $220 million extension with a record-setting $75 million signing bonus after his first season as the Packers' starting quarterback.

Love faced many questions about his staying power in Green Bay as an understudy to Aaron Rodgers for three years.

However, entering his third season as a starter, Love is expected to reach new heights, which also means higher expectations on the 26-year-old.

Having a stable home life is tantamount to success, and Love took a step befitting of his last name over the weekend to bring more joy and stability to his personal life.

On July 1, Love and his partner, Ronika Stone, announced they were wed over the weekend with a shared post on Instagram with the caption: "Mr. and Mrs. Love."

The couple announced their engagement almost a year ago and eloped to a beach destination for their wedding.

Ronika is a former All-American volleyball player at the University of Oregon and still plays professionally for the San Diego Mojo.

The two met through a mutual friend in college as Love attended Utah State. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Jordan's college roommate, Mo Walker, went to high school with Ronika and would talk occasionally over FaceTime.

When Ronika and Jordan were both in California, where they're both from, Jordan drove an hour to see her and bonded over a game of H-O-R-S-E and minigolf.

"I beat him in both," Ronika toldĀ NBC Sports' Maria Taylor in a 2024 interview.

After nearly five years, Jordan disputes Ronika's account to this day -- but that's all in the rearview.

"We linked up and literally the rest is history," Love said.
