Pat McAfee roasts viral John Harbaugh Giants’ intro speech

McAfee poked fun at the fact that Harbaugh kept repeating the words “New York Giants” in his speech, attempting to explain the team’s history. Moreover, the new coach repeated that it was an honor to be a coach of this team.

Some fans also roasted Harbaugh for the speech, with one indicating that it would not inspire anyone. Notably, one did not believe he could connect with 20- and 30-year-olds anymore. But some team legends have compared Harbaugh to Tom Coughlin, a former Giants head coach who led them to two Super Bowl wins.

Harbaugh finished his tenure in Baltimore as the winningest coach in team history, going 193-124 in the regular season and playoffs. Additionally, he is a one-time Super Bowl winner, beating the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII. Harbaugh led the Ravens to 12 playoff appearances. While he finished his career with them on a sour note, going 8-9, many believe he can still coach a winner.
