The Eagles are coming off their first loss of the season and have an opportunity to wipe the slate clean on a short week against the New York Giants up in MetLife Stadium on Thursday Night Football on Prime. The Eagles are underperforming on the offensive side of the ball in spurts this season, thanks to the new offensive coordinator, Kevin Patullo.
Meanwhile, the Giants are not the same exciting prospects on offense without Malik Nabers, but Cam Skattebo might be another budding performer now. With all of that being said, here are my picks for Thursday Night Football DFS this week.
Philadelphia Eagles
AT
(1-4)
DraftKings ($9,800 Flex, $14,700 Captain) FanDuel: ($10,000 AnyFlex, $15,000 MVP)
This is the game in which AJ Brown finally gets the ball fully rolling. We saw the second half of the Rams game, right? This New York defense is going to be that level of inept all game long. If the Eagles’ offensive line can block the very good pass rush of New York, bombs away incoming to Brown, Devonta Smith, and Dallas Goedert.
All three players are worthy of consideration in the Single Game Showdowns, but with the meeting with AJ Brown, Saquon Barkley, and Jalen Hurts, I think Hurts and Brown have the solution to the problems Philadelphia’s offense has been suffering from. And I think it will be the catalyst for the Eagles being the elite offense we know and love once again, starting on Thursday.
Philadelphia Eagles
AT
(1-4)
DraftKings (11,000 Flex, $16,500 Captain) FanDuel ($13,600 AnyFlex, $20,400 MVP)
Speaking of Jalen Hurts , he has been the consistent fantasy performer of the Philadelphia offense during the 2025 season up to this point, and I think that continues on TNF this week. I love Hurts against a New York defense that let Spencer Rattler go off just a few days ago! Yeah, this is a great spot for Jalen Hurts, and he is a must-play in lineups on Thursday.
New York Giants
VS
(4-1)
DraftKings ($10,000 Flex, $15,000 Captain), FanDuel ($11,000 AnyFlex, $16,500 MVP)
Suppose you consider any Giants in your DFS lineups at all. In that case, Skattebo is the only and ONLY viable option to play because of the potential of the run game of New York can expose that youthful Philadelphia Eagles defensive front. So this is a worthy potential start in lineups this week because of the potential boom of the former Arizona State Sun Devil’s ability to make something happen out of nothing.
New York Giants
VS
(4-1)
DraftKings ($10,200 Flex, $15,300 Captain), FanDuel ($12,200 AnyFlex, $18,300 MVP)
Dart has shown some flashes this season, but this isn’t the defense for him to go off against because Vic Fangio’s defense is notorious for making life really difficult for Rookie quarterbacks. So I would avoid Dart in the showdown, especially after the multiple turnovers he had in the Saints game last week. This Philly defense is going to capitalize on this risk-taker’s knack for the turnover in this one.
New York Giants
VS
(4-1)
DraftKings ($7,200 Flex, $10,800 Captain), FanDuel ($8,400 AnyFlex, $12,600 MVP)
The injuries to the Giants’ receivers make this the easiest sit because even though Robinson is going to get most of the targets out of all of the receivers, he’ll likely have a tough time getting open against Cooper DeJean and Quinyon Mitchell on Thursday. So, SIT WANDALE, please, if you want to make money.
VS
(4-1)
DraftKings ($3,600 Flex, $5,400 Captain), FanDuel ($6,000 AnyFlex, $9,000 MVP)
I’ve been telling you to sit New York in general for most of these picks, but the BIGGEST FADE OF THEM ALL IS THE DEFENSE. This defense has struggled giving up the big play all season long, and the Eagles finally got the big play going a bit against the Broncos last week. So this is a recipe for a disaster for the G-Men, although the young front is spectacular in pass rush.
