Earlier this week Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers made it clear he wasn't happy with the travel plans that landed the team in Ireland on Friday.
"It is what it is, but if the schedule had been a little different, if I could have chosen it, maybe we get over on Monday; Tuesday is the day off," Rodgers said during a pre-practice news conference Friday. "Good to get out, see some things. It's a beautiful country, it seems like, from pictures."
The Steelers worked in a "joint discussion" with the NFL regarding the travel plays, Steelers owner Art Rooney II said.
"I would've liked to have the guys over here for a few more days, too," Rooney said. "But we're in the middle of the season, so we had to do what's best for the football side of things."
If Rodgers wasn't happy with the travel plans, he won't be happy with the news that dropped just over an hour before the game when Pittsburgh announced its inactives for Sunday's game.
Running back Jaylen Warren isn't suiting up for the game as he deals with an injury - even though ESPN's Adam Schefter sported optimism the running back would be able to play.

Rodgers previously raved about the talented running back with his prowess in the passing game.
"We might have to keep giving him more opportunities in the pass game, because every time he touches it, something good happens," he said after Warren ripped off a 65-yard reception against the Seattle Seahawks.
He'll have to lean on Kenneth Gainwell as the Steelers face off against one of the toughest defenses in the league.
Pittsburgh and Minnesota kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET.
