The Las Vegas Raiders are off to a 2-4 start with Pete Carroll as the head coach.
The Raiders defeated the New England Patriots in Week 1 before losing four straight. The Raiders bounced back in Week 6 with a victory over the Tennessee Titans in Las Vegas 20-10.
In Week 7, Carroll's team takes on the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in an AFC West showdown.
Going into the weekend, the Raiders had some questions, including a big one concerning veteran wide receiver Jakobi Meyers.
Meyers was listed as questionable due to knee and toe injuries but planned to test it out pregame to see if he could go.
Just before kickoff on Sunday, the Raiders got some bad news on the Meyers front, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
"Raiders WR Jakobi Meyers is inactive today vs. the Chiefs," Schefter wrote on X.

Meyers is second on the team with 329 receiving yards but leads the team with 29 receptions through six games.
Meyers is in his third season with the Raiders after beginning his career with the Patriots.
The Raiders officially announced it on X with the inactive list.

Meyers has also been a popular name on the trade block, especially since he requested a trade before the season began.
Tre Tucker has been a more popular target for Raiders QB Geno Smith recently, as he has 24 catches for 356 yards with four touchdowns.
Still, Meyers has four catches in each of the last three games and he has a total of 43 targets this season, so it is a tough blow for the Raiders.
Sunday's game begins at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.
