The Cleveland Browns and Minnesota Vikings met in London, England, on Sunday, as the Vikings pulled out a 21-17 victory to improve to 3-2 on the season, while the Browns fell to 1-4. This was the second straight week the Vikings have played in Europe, as they lost 24-21 against the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday in Dublin, Ireland.
Sunday's matchup was an exciting one, as rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel made his first NFL start for the Browns and performed well. It wasn't enough, though, as quarterback Carson Wentz and the Vikings scored a game-winning touchdown with under 30 seconds to play.
However, before the game, there were some issues outside the stadium that didn't allow fans to enter.
NFL fans who were excited to watch a game in London between the Vikings and Browns, which was the first game played in the United Kingdom this season, were disappointed when they couldn't get into Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
A video on social media went viral of a fan complaining that the NFL ticketing app, NFL OnePass, was not working.
"Here at Tottenham, the whole app has gone down, thousands of people can't get into the stadium, really bad service," said the fan.

Very disappointing service ….
Hope to see the Cleveland #Browns play at some point - hopefully we get a refund from @nfluk of everything we missed pic.twitter.com/A8EE32K1Hm
This is not a good look for the NFL, which is trying to expand its brand and the game of football around the world. Sunday's matchup between the Vikings and Browns was one of seven international games being played this season.
Other countries that will host NFL games later this year are Germany and Spain.
With Tottenham Hotspur Stadium having another game next Sunday, as the Denver Broncos and New York Jets are set to meet at 9:30 a.m. ET, NFL fans hope this issue is resolved by then.
