Trade rumors continue to surround New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson, but interested teams should not build up much hope of acquiring him.

There is “no way” the Jets will trade Wilson before the Nov. 10 trade deadline, one league source told ESPN’s Adam Schefter. While it is possible the team is bluffing, ownership loves Wilson, and he just signed a four-year contract extension a little over a year ago.

Speculation about Wilson’s future has increased lately, in part thanks to the wide receiver’s sideline outbursts. Wilson has adamantly said he wants to stay with the Jets and is not sweating the rumors.

Wilson is one of the best young wide receivers in the NFL, though there has been frustration in New York about whether the team is getting him the ball enough. He has 37 catches for 444 yards on the season with three touchdowns.

The Jets currently sit at 2-5, but they do already have two first-round picks awaiting them next April.
