Robert Griffin III races a real, live hawk before 'Monday Night Football'

Robert Griffin III, better known as RG3, is a very talented person. There's no doubt about it.

RG3 was one of the most dynamic college football players of all time. He threw for over 10,000 yards and 78 touchdowns in four seasons at Baylor while also rushing for 2,254 yards and 33 touchdowns with his legs.

Griffin didn't really pan out as an NFL quarterback many thanks to injuries he sustained as a running quarterback, but the 2011 Heisman Trophy winner has bounced back as an announcer and commentator and he seems to be doing just fine for himself in his new role.

Flexibility and the ability to succeed at many things are the marks of a talented person. RG3 can clearly do a lot, but since when was hawk racing on the menu?

Clearly, as evidenced by RG3's race with an actual live hawk during the pregame of Monday Night Football's matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos, racing birds of prey is something that can now be added to his resume.

We should have seen this coming when Griffin showed up to the Heisman Trophy ceremony with these socks on.  It's a bird! It's a plane! It's RGIII!
