Though nearly two decades have now passed, Tom Brady still hasn't gotten over one of the most notorious plays in his team's history.
Brady had a chance to make NFL history with the New England Patriots in the 2007 season, going 16-0 in the regular season and winning two postseason games to reach the Super Bowl. The perfect streak ended there, with Eli Manning leading the New York Giants to one of the biggest Super Bowl upsets of all time.
Brady and Manning have maintained a friendly rivalry since then -- meeting another time in the Super Bowl four years later with Manning's Giants coming out on top for a second time -- and revived it again this week.
Manning took to social media to troll Brady over a recent deep-sea fishing trip, making fun of the relatively small size of Brady's catch compared to a bigger fish that Manning landed on his own excursion.
"Cute Minnow, Tom!" Manning wrote in a post on X that showed him displaying his larger fish.
You use a helmet to catch that one too? https://t.co/iLjTB6kHr6

Brady responded with a callback to their first Super Bowl meeting and wide receiver David Tyree's helmet catch that helped secure the upset for the Giants.
"You use a helmet to catch that one too?" Brady replied, implying that Manning was the beneficiary of good luck with botch catches.
Both Brady and Manning have followed similar paths since ending their careers, with Brady recently jumping into the broadcast booth while Eli and brother Peyton Manning host the popular "ManningCast" during Monday Night Football games.
