Travis Kelce Jokes How Jason Kelce Stole Mariah Carey's Iconic Christmas Nickname

There were more than a few funny moments in the latest episode of the "New Heights" podcast starring Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce, who is a retired Super Bowl champion.

One of their most hilarious conversations centered around the fact that Jason Kelce's duet with rock icon Stevie Nicks has taken the music industry by storm. So much so, that the recently released "Maybe This Christmas" track has topped the song charts

The song has done so well that it has dethroned Mariah Carey's iconic song "All I Want for Christmas Is You" -- at least for one week.

This unexpected turn of events has prompted Travis Kelce to endow his brother with a fitting new nickname.

“So Jason, how does it officially feel to be the Queen of Christmas?” asked the Chiefs tight end, via 104.9 Max Country.

“You know, I’ve fought my whole life to be the Queen of Christmas,” Jason Kelce responded in jest. “The fact that we’re finally there is just really special.”

The former Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro center is more than happy to welcome his new moniker -- one that he has jokingly stolen from Carey -- as he revels in his massive accomplishment.

“It was incredible to work with Stevie Nicks,” Jason Kelce continued. “I’m just still in awe that that actually happened. This is really, really cool. There is no percent chance any song that I’m in should be streaming No. 1 on any service in any genre.”

“Well, don’t give yourself too much credit,” Travis Kelce laughed. “It’s Stevie Nicks.”

"Maybe This Christmas" is the second single in the soon-to-be-released album “A Philly Special Christmas Party” by The Philly Specials. This is Jason Kelce's musical trio with former Eagles teammates Jordan Mailata and Lane Johnson.

The first single of the album is "It's Christmas Time (In Cleveland Heights)," which featured the Kelce brothers and R&B legends Boyz II Men.
