6. Philadelphia Eagles- $8.43 Billion

2025 has been a fantastic year for the Philadelphia Eagles. The franchise won Super Bowl LIX and embarrassed the Kansas City Chiefs in a 40-22 victory. Everything went right for the Eagles franchise, including financially. Not only are they now valued at $8.43 billion, but the NFL franchise has increased in value by 25%. Heck, the Eagles even rose two spots higher and are now the sixth-most valuable NFL franchise.

7.  Miami Dolphins- $8.25 Billion

The Miami Dolphins are still the seventh-most valuable franchise in the NFL. They had a 22% value increase this year, and with the $8.25 billion price tag, that is higher than their AFC East divisional rivals. While they are a weird team entering this season, the Dolphins’ value cannot be ignored.

8. New York Jets- $8.11 Billion

Woody Johnson may be the worst owner in the NFL at running his football team on the field, but financially, he is one of the best. Ever since buying the Jets in 2000 for $635 million, he has turned the Jets into a team worth $8.11 billion. That is impressive, along with 19% increase in value. The bad news is that they dropped from sixth to eighth in this ranking.

9. Las Vegas Raiders- $7.9 Billion

Mark Davis took a risk moving this team to Las Vegas and took a gigantic loan from banks to make it possible. His gamble has paid off very well for him financially. This year proved it, getting the franchise to $7.9 billion, and the team value increased by 18%. Not bad for Davis. Now, the focus has to be on improving the team on the field, and hopefully, the addition of Pete Carroll will help.

10. Washington Commanders- $7.47 Billion

The Commanders are still the 10th-ranked NFL franchise, and were millions away from getting to the $7.5 billion range. They should absolutely get to that number next year, as they got a 19% increase in value for this year. There is a reason why the Commanders were sold for $6.05 billion in 2023, and it’s benefited every single person in the Post Dan Snyder era. Well, excluding Snyder himself, but without him, the Commanders have become a more relevant franchise.
