The injury bug is biting hard, and the waiver wire is about to look like a Black Friday sale. This is where seasons are won and lost. You can’t just coast on your draft picks; you have to be relentless. You have to be smart. This is the moment to make those gutsy moves that will have your league mates crying foul in December.

We’re diving deep into the waiver wire gold for Week 4. These are the guys who can plug the holes in your lineup or, if you’re lucky, become the league-winners you’ll be bragging about for years. Let’s get to it.

The draft pedigree is there, and he’s already shown flashes of brilliance, racking up 125 yards on just 21 carries. That’s a blistering 6.0 yards per carry! He’s not just a runner; he’s a receiver, snagging eight catches so far. While Emari Demercado will get some work, make no mistake: Benson is the guy. This isn’t just a pickup; it’s a potential championship-winning move.

Chris Rodriguez Jr., Washington Commanders

The Washington backfield is a certified mess, but opportunity is knocking for Chris Rodriguez Jr. With Austin Ekeler sidelined, Rodriguez led the team with 11 carries in their last outing. Is it pretty? No. Is it a guaranteed workhorse role? Absolutely not. But in the fantasy world, volume is king, and Rodriguez is getting the first crack at it. He’s a speculative add, for sure, but in this landscape, you have to take a shot on a guy who’s getting touches.

Wide Receiver Wire Wonders

Finding a reliable receiver on the wire can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. But this week, there are some legitimate playmakers ready to break out.

Elic Ayomanor, Tennessee Titans

Pay attention, because this kid is for real. Elic Ayomanor is quickly becoming a go-to target in Tennessee, and he’s putting up numbers. We’re talking back-to-back games with over 13 fantasy points and a touchdown in each. He’s currently sitting as the fantasy WR35 on the season, and he’s doing it with rookie QB growing pains.

As the chemistry builds, Ayomanor’s ceiling only gets higher. He’s more than just a flash in the pan; he’s emerging as a reliable fantasy asset you can plug into your lineup.

Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers

Consistency is the name of the game for Romeo Doubs. He’s leading the Packers’ receiving corps in snaps and routes run, establishing himself as a trusted option for Jordan Love. Now, he gets a dream matchup in Week 4 against a Dallas Cowboys defense that has been hemorrhaging fantasy points to wide receivers. This is the kind of matchup that screams “blow-up spot.” If you need a high-upside play this week, Doubs is your man.

Jalen Tolbert, Dallas Cowboys

Keep a close eye on the CeeDee Lamb situation in Dallas. If Lamb misses time, Jalen Tolbert is poised to step into a massive role. He was already on the field for nearly 90% of the snaps against the Bears, and while his stat line of 3 catches for 24 yards won’t blow you away, the six targets tell the real story. The volume is there, and in a high-powered offense like the Cowboys’, that opportunity is fantasy gold.

Don’t Forget the Tight Ends

Tight end can be a wasteland, but there are a couple of guys making some serious noise who could solve your problems at the position.

Hunter Henry, New England Patriots

What a performance! Hunter Henry absolutely exploded on Sunday, dropping a 29-point fantasy bomb with two touchdowns. He’s not just a one-week wonder, either; he’s the fantasy TE3 on the season. His role in the red zone is undeniable: he saw four targets inside the 20-yard line against the Steelers. He’s become a premier touchdown-dependent option, and right now, the touchdowns are flowing.
