Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott's performance against the New Orleans Saints left much to be desired.
With 11:59 remaining in the fourth quarter and the Cowboys getting hammered 41-19, Prescott forced a pass into double coverage, and Saints safety Tyrann Mathieu intercepted him.

The Cowboys lost by a score of 44-19. Prescott finished 27-of-39 passing for 293 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions, posting a subpar 78.3 passer rating. He was also sacked three times.
Dallas' ground attack struggled to get going, rushing for 68 yards on 21 carries. Still, the Cowboys probably expect Prescott to overcome a shaky run game, especially after they gave him a four-year, $240M deal before the season opener against the Cleveland Browns.
The 31-year-old finished second in MVP voting behind Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson last season but has struggled to find his groove in 2024. Through two games, Prescott has completed 64.7 percent of his passes for two TDs and two picks, logging a below-average 81.8 passer rating.
Prescott could rebound, but the slow start should raise some concerns for the Cowboys.
