The 2024 season was a big one for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Not only did he lead the Eagles to Super Bowl 59, where they will face the Kansas City Chiefs, he also got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Bry Burrows.
Hurts and Burrows began dating during their time together at the University of Alabama, but the couple didn't end up going public with their relationship until 2023 (Hurts preferred to keep his life off the field private for the most part.)
While Hurts transferred from Alabama to Oklahoma to finish his college football career, Burrows stayed in Tuscaloosa and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Spanish and political science.
She also received her MBA from Alabama's Manderson School of Business, and she currently works for IBM as an artificial intelligence partner.
Burrows doesn't draw as much attention as some other notable wives and girlfriends like Taylor Swift, who's dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, but she still plays a big role in Hurts' life behind the scenes.
The quarterback confirmed as much before the Super Bowl, calling Burrows his "rock" and thanking her for keeping him grounded throughout the football season.
Like many other professional athlete WAGs, Burrows attends Hurts' games with the Eagles to support him.
She joined him on the field after Philadelphia took down the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship Game two weeks ago, and she attended the Eagles season opener against the Green Bay Packers, which was played in Brazil.
Unsurprisingly, Burrows is expected to be in attendance for Super Bowl 59 as it is the most important game of Hurts' career to this point.
Kickoff for Super Bowl LIX is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. EST.
