The Tennessee Titans' first padded practice of training camp has come to an end and featured plenty of winners and losers. While several players stood out for positive reasons, others struggled. These were the biggest winners and losers from Monday's practice.

The biggest winner from the day was Wan'Dale Robinson, who finished as quarterback Cam Ward's most targeted receiver during the practice. Ward is expected to be the starting quarterback when Week 1 arrives, making the chemistry between the two an important storyline to monitor.

Another wide receiver who made significant progress during the first padded practice was Elic Ayomanor. While Ayomanor was expected to serve in a rotational role, he is quickly making a case that he deserves an opportunity to compete for a starting position.

Veteran wide receiver Calvin Ridley was also impressive during the first pad of practice, emerging as one of the quarterbacks top targets on Monday. Ridley appeared to be fully back in rhythm and provided that downfield threat, the Titans offense needs, he will have an opportunity to become the leader of this wide receiver group.

The main defenders with the most success from the practice were Jermaine Johnson II and Amani Hooker, who both had great performances. Both of which finished with an interception.

The final winner worth mentioning is Will Levis. Levis was arguably the best quarterback on the field throughout the day, as he finished practice with multiple touchdown passes and made the most of his opportunities. He even legged out a touchdown to end the practice for the Tennessee franchise.

The biggest loser from the day was Cam Ward. While Ward made several impressive throws during the padded practice, he also finished the session with two interceptions, including one to Johnson II, and another one to Hooker. Both turnovers came on crossbody throws and similar situations. One rough practice is not the end of the world for Ward as he will have another opportunity to bounce back on Tuesday.

Carnell Tate was also one of the day's biggest losers, as the rookie wide receiver had a relatively quiet performance . In fact, one could argue that he was too quiet as the only notable moment reported from practice was a pass in the end zone that was broken up by star cornerback Alontae Taylor.

On the defensive side, Cor'Dale Flott was surprisingly underwhelming. There were not many standout plays from the newcomer, and he allowed some big plays in coverage. Flott is expected to be one of the more important pieces of the Titans' secondary this season and he is still adjusting to a new team and system, meaning these type of practices are expected during the process.

Another underperformer from the day was Tony Adams, who is currently involved in a starting position battle with Hooker. Adams ultimately fell short during the practice as he remained relatively quiet throughout the day, continuing a similar trend from the rest of training camp.
