Lions awarded WR Reese Wiggins off waivers, cut Naaman Roosevelt

The Lions added a wide receiver Friday night claiming undrafted rookie Reese Wiggins off waivers (via New England) while at the same time cutting veteran wide out Naaman Roosevelt to make room.
