Ex-Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand won the Stanley Cup with the Florida Panthers, and the pending UFA now appears to be trolling fans of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

In what will go down as one of the best Trade Deadline moves in recent NHL history, the Florida Panthers acquired Brad Marchand from the Boston Bruins to aid in a lengthy postseason run.

He delivered, scoring 10 goals in the postseason while also scoring 6 alone in the Stanley Cup Final and helping the Panthers repeat as Stanley Cup champions with 6-game series win over the Edmonton Oilers.

Marchand has now won the Stanley Cup for the 2nd time in his career having previously won as a rookie with the Bruins over the Vancouver Canucks in 2011.

Marchand is also a pending UFA, and while he's been linked to the Toronto Maple Leafs, whom he defeated in the postseason for the 5th time in his career, he appeared to be trolling Leafs fans with a cryptic song selection on social media by Canadian rapper and noted Maple Leafs fan Drake.

Do Leafs fans feel like he was sending them a message about his potential offseason plans?

After helping the Panthers beat the Maple Leafs in the ECSF, Marchand said that he actually grew up a Toronto fan and always enjoys playing against them.

'I enjoy playing against the Leafs. And I enjoy interacting with fans, like, it's fun.

It's not something I'll forever get to do, and I don't take myself too seriously. I love getting made fun of, I love making fun of people, and if you can't take it, then so be it. But, I can, so I'm going to enjoy the moments that I have, and that's one of them.
