The Cincinnati Cyclones have announced their last signing of the offseason, re-signing their captain, Justin Vaive, for the 2025-26 season. Vaive, 36, had six goals and four assists for 10 points in 66 games last season. He also became the leader in franchise goals for the Cyclones last season (148). Vaive is also the franchise leader in games played (471). Heading into the 2025-26 season, Vaive will likely find his spot on the bottom six, but his real value should come with his experience as the team’s captain. Cincinnati now has six forwards and 11 players signed to ECHL deals for the 2025-26 season.
