Officially, Lane Hutson’s agent is Sean Coffey, who is recognized in the industry as an emerging agent. He’s working with Hutson on behalf of Quartexx, which is Kent Hughes’ old company. Yes, another Habs player who’s with Quartexx. But what you need to know right now is that negotiations between the Habs and Hutson’s clan are so difficult that bigger agents are on the case.
