Sidney Crosby will go down as one of the greatest players in NHL history, and it's safe to say that his coach was all praise for him in his latest interview.
It's no secret that the Pittsburgh Penguins have had incredible success under Sidney Crosby, and after passing another iconic milestone in recent times, he's solidified himself as one of, if not the greatest Pittsburgh Penguins players of all time.
For much of that career, it's been Mike Sullivan behind the bench, and in a recent interview with the NHL Network, the Penguins Head Coach couldn't have been more complimentary of his biggest star.
I just think he represents everything that's right about our sport.

Getting into detail, Sullivan noted it was the poise and humility that Crosby carries himself with off the ice that is such a great part of having him in the locker room, before going on to state that he's arguably the best player of this generation and one of the best of all-time.
While the numbers may not match up to Gretzky, Crosby has a list of accolades as long as anyone in the history of the sport, with his 615 goals and 1054 assists taking him to 1,669 career points, ranking him ninth in league history, with many believing he can crack the top-five and pass Ron Francis before he retires.
Over the years, Crosby has been given every compliment and piece of praise you can think of for the player he is on the ice and the person he is away from it, and with so many kids growing up, especially in Canada wanting to be like No. 87, it's safe to say that when it's all said and done, there will be very few players ahead of him on the all-time list.
