The Texas A&M Aggies keep rolling in the Men's College World Series.
In Game 2 of the championship finals against No. 1 seed Tennessee, Aggies outfielder Jace LaViolette blasted a 95 mph pitch from Drew Beam, giving No. 3 seed Texas A&M a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning.

The Aggies have dominated in the NCAA Tournament, winning nine consecutive games by a score of 69-29. Per NCAA.com, they've led for 30 out of 36 innings in the MCWS in Omaha, Neb.
LaViolette — who had 28 homers in 66 games entering this matchup — is one reason Texas A&M has dominated. Over the past four games, the 6-foot-6 sophomore has posted a .308 batting average, driving in three runs.
If LaViolette and the Aggies keep it up, they'll likely clinch their first national championship. Texas A&M outlasted the Volunteers 9-5 in Game 1 on Saturday and will capture the series with a victory on Sunday.
