After a scoreless first half in the 2024 UEFA European Championship Final, Spain finally found the back of the net at the start of the second half.
In the 47th minute of Spain's match against England, 17-year-old phenom Lamine Yamal slipped through the Three Lions defense and found teammate Nico Williams, who netted a left-footed shot on the left side of the box.

The play shows why Yamal is a budding star. Per ESPN's Sam Marsden, the Spanish forward became the youngest player to start in a FIFA World Cup or European Championship Final on Sunday, breaking the record Brazilian legend Pele set in 1958 (17 years and 249 days old).
If Yamal keeps making big plays, it could help Spain win the European Championship for the third time. La Roja last won the tournament in 2012.
