The Dodgers and Phillies have been oscillating among World Series favorites for the better part of the season and that remains the same during the All-Star break.

At DraftKings, the Dodgers are the far-and-away favorites at +330 to put up their second crown of the decade. The Phillies lurk at +500, but the implied probability indicates the market gives Philadelphia a roughly 6.5% worse shot of winning its first World Series since 2008.

And while the Yankees have been slumping as of late, they've usurped the young and hungry Orioles after taking a decisive three-game series heading into the All-Star break. The lead could've been wider if not for an Orioles walk-off win down by one run in the bottom of the ninth. That had been precipitated by a two-run Yankees top of the ninth that had them poised to sweep their division rivals.

Two AL Central teams are the biggest shockers atop the leaderboard: the Guardians at +1300 and Twins at +1400. The upstart Guardians are a big surprise — one of baseball's best teams despite boasting a roster short of that notion, and with injuries to boot. You can thank a sterling defense mixed with a group of scrappy players who all put up great at-bats.

Meanwhile, the Twins had been just +5500 heading into the year but are riding the backs of a team that just gets on base. Minnesota ranks No. 6 in MLB in on-base percentage.
