Maxx Crosby spoke out Friday amid persistent rumors that he may be traded by the Las Vegas Raiders.
In a video interview from the Raiders’ team facility, Crosby told NFL Network that Vegas would remain his home “regardless” of his playing future. He did not seem like someone agitating for a move away from the Raiders, though he did not speak much on his future.
Rumors have been persistent that the Raiders’ relationship with Crosby has run its course and he is likely to be traded this offseason. There is no evidence that Crosby has asked for a trade, and it is not even clear how eager the Raiders are to move him.
Although Crosby reportedly has a preferred trade destination, there are five teams that make sense for him.

Crosby’s issues with the Raiders started when the team held him out of their final two games of the season, citing an injury. Crosby insisted he was well enough to play and did not take the team’s decision well.
The 29-year-old pass-rusher remains one of the most feared defensive players in the NFL. Despite battling through injuries, Crosby still collected 10 sacks through 15 games, marking the fourth time in his career that he has reached double-digit sacks.
