Despite the opinions of Brad Keselowski and spotter TJ Majors, NASCAR will not take action against Austin Dillon after he tangled with Keselowski in Sunday's Cup Series race at Nashville Superspeedway.
Dillon spun Keselowski on the frontstretch as the field checked up in front of them. Keselowski then hit Austin Cindric before making hard contact with the outside wall that knocked him out of the race and relegated him to a 34th-place finish.
Majors quickly came on the radio saying that Dillon wrecked Keselowski on purpose, and Keselowski was of the same opinion after seeing a replay during his television interview at the infield care center.
"It's pretty clear he wrecked me intentionally after seeing that replay," Keselowski said on the Prime Video telecast.

NASCAR, however, disagreed. Per NASCAR.com, the sanctioning body reviewed the incident and determined that Dillon was out of the gas as he hit Keselowski, making it clear the contact was unintentional.
"We were able to tell pretty quickly that it wasn’t a situation where Austin was in the gas or anything related to that," said NASCAR's Amanda Ellis. "And so that one is really more of just a racing incident, and that’s really how NASCAR viewed it on Sunday night.”
Dillon finished the race in 18th, while Keselowski finished 34th and took a major hit in the standings, falling from 11th to 13th.
