Giants' move labeled one of the 'biggest' of the offseason

The New York Giants made a splash when they hired former Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh to take over the franchise. He's been making significant moves ever since he took over, starting with the Dexter Lawrence trade, and the NFL is taking notice.

Harbaugh isn't just breathing new life into this franchise. He's also reshaping the culture.

In a feature published on Wednesday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports ranks the top 10 NFL offseason moves. He names the Harbaugh hire as one of the best moves.

John Harbaugh already getting kudos with the Giants

"So much change at the top this offseason, with 10 new head coaches across the league," he states in the piece. "Because of that, we could easily have more than one head coach hire in the top 10 here. But John Harbaugh was the biggest."

Harbaugh spent 18 years with the Ravens, and in the last eight years, Baltimore made it to the playoffs six times. So, he comes bringing skill and expertise.

"He lands in New York, where all eyes are on quarterback Jaxson Dart and running back Cam Skattebo on offense," he adds, "with edge-rusher Abdul Carter and rookie linebacker Arvell Reese leading the defense."

It's great to see Harbaugh continue to get praise for his work with the Giants. He could have just come in and slowly got to work, but instead, he used his power, being on equal ground as general manager Joe Schoen, to switch things up and get the league talking.
