Did LeBron James' agent drop hint about his next team?

LeBron James and his camp have always been extremely intentional about everything they say and do.

That's why, with multiple teams recruiting him, his agent, Rich Paul, has probably calculated every single thing that comes out of his — or any of his associates' — mouths.

Considering that, Miami Heat fans should take notice of what Max Kellerman recently said on the latest edition of "Game Over," the podcast he co-hosts with Paul.

Talking about James' free agency, Kellerman explained why the Miami Heat might make the most sense for the four-time NBA champion, and there was no pushback from Paul.

“I can see him going to Miami. They lost Norman Powell. They have a great defensive team right now. They have four positions nailed down,” Kellerman said.

Even though things reportedly didn't end well between James, Erik Spoelstra and Pat Riley, Kellerman believes that team makes too much sense for the future Hall of Famer, basketball-wise.

“It’s going to be very hard to score on that team. Given LeBron’s age, it’s kind of what he needs: Other guys picking up the slack defensively on a nightly basis so that in the high-leverage moments, he can pick and choose when he plays defense like they used to do in the 80s. I can see it,” he added.
