Kelce was, unfortunately, named as one of the alleged victims.

The U.S. Attorney's Office notes that the scheme took in $35 million, of which only roughly $10 million was actually invested. Jawahar, meanwhile, was living a lavish lifestyle until he was eventually charged.
It is made clear that Kelce is only a victim in this case and not involved in any wrongdoing. This does, however, become a major in-season distraction if he did invest a large sum of money. The amount remains to be seen, if it is ever revealed at all.
Kelce finds himself in the spotlight 24/7 following his marriage to Taylor Swift. That includes his actions both on and off the football field. This story, unfortunately, shows how people of his stature and wealth can be taken advantage of by others. Chiefs fans and Swifties alike will wait to hear the latest updates as this story evolves.
