Toronto Blue Jays No. 2 ranked prospect Nolan Perry put up a solid 2026 campaign across three levels in the minors. His performance illustrates why he deserves to be on the Blue Jays' 2027 roster.
Perry showcased elite resiliency after he missed the 2025 season recovering from UCL surgery.
Perry sported a dominant 2.50 ERA with a 1.02 WHIP, 117 strikeouts and a stellar .181 opponents batting average across 21 games, which were all career highs for the 23-year-old.
The right-handed starter demonstrated his ability to bounce back following a major injury.

As a rising arm in the Blue Jays system, he's shown how he can dominate on the mound by racking up strikeouts. On Sept. 4 he delivered five no-hit innings with eight strikeouts, and he also had an eight strikeout performance on May 27 across six innings pitched.
But his performance in May is where he began to look like a star. He was named the Northwest League Pitcher of the Month after he boasted a 3-1 record with a 1.08 ERA along with 40 punchouts and nine walks across five starts.
He has ultimately proven why he would make a solid back-end starter in the Blue Jays' future rotation, supplying them with much-needed depth. His 0.76 HR/9 innings also showcases his efficiency and ability to limit the long-ball, which strengthens his case for earning a spot on the Blue Jays roster in 2027.
