Romel's been on a tear for the past several years: Lighting up the screen for Habitat and then switching it up to FA, hitting the road with Tactics and holding his own at contests like Cowtown's PHXAM. This ripper out of Portland, Oregon is now officially on the Converse CONS program. Check out his intro video, simply incredible:
