CHALLENGER Shibuya Flagship Store

• On sale from Friday, August 15 at 11:00 a.m. Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis, but numbered tickets may be distributed depending on crowd conditions.
• If the number of customers exceeds expectations, sales may begin earlier without notice.
• Purchases will be limited to one pair per person on release day.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product is defective. If a replacement for a defective product is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for defects related to packaging (box, accessories, etc.).
• Even if you line up, we cannot guarantee you will be able to purchase your desired product or size.
• Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to nearby businesses or residents. The store takes no responsibility for disputes between customers.
• Orders by phone or email, and product reservations, will not be accepted.
• If there are any changes beyond what is listed above, please follow staff instructions.
