The TDI Crew Is Headed Back To Big Snow American Dream

Riding with the TDI crew begins at 3 p.m.

If you don’t already know about the TDI crew, you’re missing out on one of the biggest movements in snowboarding. Headed up by Luis Medearis, the crew is home to Black and Brown professional snowboarders. The group hosts events, like this one, and is in the process of creating a film. The lineup is stacked with some of the best riders in the game right now: Erik Leon, Irie Jefferson, Rob Roethler, Alissa Alivea, and Egan Wint, just to name a few. The group was featured in the latest Warren Miller Movie 75, and signed a brand deal with Oakley.

BIG Snow, the indoor snow dome located inside a New Jersey mall, is one of the few places in North America that you can snowboard year-round. It’s located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, across the street from MetLife Stadium, where the New York Giants and Jets play football. Typically, the slopes are open from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and stay open an hour later until 9 p.m. on Friday. On the weekends, Big Snow is open at 10 a.m. and closes at 9 p.m. on Saturday, and 8 p.m. on Sunday.

Big Snow is owned and operated by Snow Partners, an ownership group that also owns and operates Mountain Creek in New Jersey.

The event will overlap with a Capita and Union Bindings community ride day. Super Synch will run on August 19 and 20, 2025 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Team riders Benny Milam, Jess Perlmutter, Miles Fallon, and Brett “Hitman” Stamper will be on-hand, prizes will be raffled off and an autograph session will take place after.

The 2025-2026 Capita boards and Union bindings will be available to demo for free of charge.

As of August 13, 2025, Big Snow American Dream is having an end-of-summer sale on lift tickets. If you sign up for a SNOW Pass – which gives you unlimited access to the slopes all month long, so long as the pass is valid – the $200 initiation fee is waived.

A two-hour slopes access ticket is on sale for $30. A full snow day rental package is available for $50, but these deals end at midnight on August 13.
