Here is my Barcelona vs. Osasuna prediction and La Liga odds for today’s match.
I’m backing Barcelona ML and Over 2.5 Goals in the Barcelona vs. Osasuna match.
Barcelona continues its relentless pace in La Liga. Their last defeat was on December 21 against Atletico Madrid, and since then, the good results they have achieved have allowed them to reach the top of the standings.
Currently, Barca is at the top of La Liga with 57 points, closely followed by Atletico Madrid with 56 points and Real Madrid with 54 points. They have played 26 matches so far, with 18 wins, 3 draws, and 5 losses. This consistent performance has kept them at the top.
Regarding their attacking power, Barcelona has scored 71 goals so far, an impressive number that gives them a clear advantage over Atletico Madrid (43 goals) and Real Madrid (55 goals). This reflects the team’s strong offensive capabilities.
Robert Lewandowski is the team’s top scorer with 21 goals in La Liga, while Lamine Yamal stands out as the top assister with 11 assists. Both have been key to the team’s success so far.
In their last match, Barcelona secured a 1-0 win against Benfica in the Champions League, with a great performance from their goalkeeper, Wojciech Szczesny, who was crucial in securing the three points.
The Catalan team is showing strength both in attack and defense, and with key players like Lewandowski, Raphinha, and Yamal, they look set to remain strong contenders for the title.
Osasuna has experienced a series of ups and downs. They currently occupy the 11th position in the league standings with 33 points, aiming to solidify their status and maintain a comfortable distance from the relegation zone.
Throughout the season, Osasuna has played 26 matches, achieving seven victories, 12 draws, and seven defeats, with a goal difference of 32 goals scored and 35 conceded.
The team is enduring a challenging spell, securing only one win in their last eight La Liga fixtures.
Ante Budimir has been the standout performer for Osasuna this year. He has netted 14 goals and provided two assists, placing him as the third-highest scorer in La Liga.
It should be an easy task for Barcelona. Although the Catalan team recently played in the Champions League, they don’t want to neglect their privileged position in La Liga.
Hansi Flick’s team is unbeaten this year, and I don’t see Osasuna pulling off an upset away.
